Multi-phase recruiting process
Initial recruit — respondent is screened for qualification, articulation, and commitment; invited by interviewer.
Quality assurance — All screening data is reviewed for accuracy and screening discrepancies by VuPoint project managers.
Past participation screening — Respondents are thoroughly vetted to ensure they meet our high standards for past participation.
Rescreen — VuPoint’s logistics coordinators call back all participants to verify key screening data and articulation, and to ensure the respondent is 100% committed to participating.
Confirmation email — Sent to each participant along with facility map, directions, and date/time of session.
Final reminder — all participants are confirmed within 48 hours of their session.
